When I first started in this industry I faced discrimination for my sexuality and gender identity. I searched for support, community, and visibility for LGBTQIA+ people in wine. I didn’t find much, so I decided to make my own. In 2020, I started a series in which I highlight LGBTQ wine nerds and professionals, called Pride in Wine.
